This option is recommended for individuals without injury/pain patterns that limit activities and who seek a challenge in a group setting of their contemporaries.  These classes will be designed based on the initial assessment and on-going tracking of progress.  Class size and coaching recommendations for participating individuals both contribute to an injury-free environment while getting the challenge of CrossFit.  

 

Prerequisite:  Individual Assessment

 

Class Schedule:  Monday and Thursday 10:30am-11:20am
