One on One for Your Needs


1)  Begin with one on one sessions to learn movements and the use of biofeedback method for training.  These sessions with the coach provide eyes-on while you are developing the knowledge you need to succeed.  

 

2)  Individualized programming in a community environment.  Your daily program performed with a group of folks working on their individual daily program with coach Dawn providing oversight of all.  A great way to work fulfill your needs while developing a community and friends along the way.
